Darn Tough came to us with a great product and a lifetime guarantee that covered almost everything, and wanted to boost brand awareness on their durable socks. So we brought to life a campaign and spot that made their brand name and quirky personality front and center with a series of “darn its”, focusing on the three most absurd scenarios that they previously did not cover under their warrantee. The success of the work led to the company changing their warrantee to actually cover the most absurd of sock catastrophes, including everything highlighted in our video.
